Yeah, you're right. I'm just having a total brain freeze trying to work it out.

The button is in the locations database, yes. The idea is that they fill out the form while in the database, hit the button and the fields are emailed to us in the body of an email.

Alternatively, a command to just open up Notes with a new message would even do the trick.
